Can you find factories and suppliers for me?
Yes. Share the products, quantities and specifications you need. We approach potential suppliers in China and discuss their fit for your request before preparing a proposal.
Can you source parts beyond aluminium profiles?
Our focus includes related hardware, fittings and custom parts. Other items can be assessed as part of your project list. Sourcing availability and compatibility are confirmed for each request.
How do you charge?
Product sourcing quotations include our margin and the coordination work stated in the proposal. Defined procurement services can be quoted separately. Samples, tooling, inspection, freight and other additional costs are identified before you agree to them. Read about the ways to work together.
Can I inquire without a finished drawing?
Yes. Describe the application and the information you have. Mark unknown specifications as “to be confirmed” so they can be discussed before a quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Order conditions depend on the supplier, product, tooling and processing. Share the quantities for each item so we can assess possible sources and their terms.
Can I upload a drawing?
This first request form accepts text. You can describe a parts list here. Contact us by email or WhatsApp to agree how to share drawings or spreadsheets, including any confidentiality requirements.
Who will supply my products?
Products may be sourced from the aluminium company where your contact works or from other suppliers. The quotation and order documents identify the supplying and contracting parties, payment arrangements and responsibilities before you commit.
What happens after I submit?
A successfully saved request receives a reference number. We review your requirements and follow up by email. Submitting the form does not place an order, trigger payment or confirm a price.
