The sales contact reachable at [email protected] handles inquiries submitted on this website. You may use this email for questions about how your inquiry is handled or to exercise the choices below.

What we collect

The form collects your company or buyer name, contact name, email, product requirement and message. Country and estimated quantity are optional. Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents or confidential drawings. The form does not accept attachments.

How we use your information

We use the information to review your request, clarify specifications, prepare a quotation and manage related follow-up in our sales system. Your inquiry is not published on this site. Inquiry consent does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Submission does not place an order or make a price commitment.

Services used to handle inquiries

The site and inquiry service are hosted on a server in Hong Kong. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. Google email and configured AI drafting services may process relevant inquiry content when we prepare a response. Service providers may process data in other locations; you can contact us for information about the services used for your request. Submitting the form itself does not call an AI service or automatically send an email.

If you choose a WhatsApp or email link, you will leave this website or open your own messaging application. Information you send there is handled through the selected service as well as by our sales contact.

Security information

The inquiry database stores a keyed network fingerprint to limit abuse. Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses and request metadata. Access to the sales workbench is restricted to authorized users. We do not add advertising cookies through this website.

Retention

We set a review date 12 months after submission. At that date, the responsible operator reviews deletion or records a necessary extension. This is a review period, not automatic deletion. Related email, customer records and backups require separate handling.

Your choices

Submitting an inquiry is optional. To ask about your inquiry, request access, correction or deletion, or stop related follow-up, email [email protected]. Include your inquiry reference if available. We may need to verify your request before changing or disclosing records.
